Home Store and More

To be creative is to be in movement

My tenure at Home Store and More (HSM) can be divided into two key phases: pre-pandemic and post-pandemic. The global pandemic catalyzed a rapid shift towards digital, necessitating an accelerated transformation in 2020. This transition affected not only our social media strategies but also our webstore operations.

As the Design Lead, I spearheaded this significant digital transformation. My primary responsibility was to ensure that our online shopping experience closely mirrored the physical store experience. I led the development of comprehensive digital assets, including detailed product sketches with precise measurements to aid customer understanding, and crafted compelling social marketing campaigns to boost website traffic and social media interactions. I also enhanced our email marketing content with dynamic animations, videos, and motion graphics, and played a key role in launching HSM on TikTok.

My leadership during this period was instrumental in refining our UX and UI processes, aligning our digital presence with evolving customer expectations. Working closely with the marketing management team, I guided the strategic direction and execution of these initiatives, ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience for our customers.

UX | UI E-commercer solutions 

During the pandemic, one of my challenges was to entice consumers to buy large items for the home.

My visual design proposal was to create the furniture in a 3D version, but due to the high flow of products, I had to be practical and quick. I created was to make sketches of their products with their measurements so that the customer could visualize how the product would look in their home. We have received positive feedback from customers.
